Nancy Barth, MS, MBA

Nancy moved to Park City in 1991, while pursuing her doctorate degree in business management at the University of Utah. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Nancy earned her BA from Colgate, her MS from NYU and her MBA from the University of San Diego, where she was valedictorian of the entire graduate-school programs. She worked in New York City and San Francisco as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick in the mid-'80s, then one of the nation's Big-8 accounting firms. Nancy owned a women's clothing store in La Jolla, CA, during the late-'80s, and started her own accounting practice in Park City during the 1990s.

Nancy now oversees marketing for the Keller Williams Park City Resort Investment Group. Nancy is actively involved in her two sons' education in the Park City schools, and has served as treasurer and president of the PTO at McPolin Elementary. She loves to ski, hike, snowshoe, golf and chase her dogs, "Jack" and "Sammy."

Courtney Bennett

In 1988, Courtney earned her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at the University of California in San Diego where she spent most of her adolescent years. Furthering her career in biochemistry, she worked in research and development at the USC Norris Cancer Center and the Proctor & Gamble Company. Upon having her daughter Hunter in 1996, Courtney started a home-based business in medical transcription. She successfully ran her business for nine years until she was delighted to join Jim Barth and the Keller Williams Resort Investment Group in 2005 where she currently works in client relations and transaction management. Courtney is actively involved in her daughter's education and has served on numerous PTO committees. She enjoys the outdoors and is an avid gardener and bicyclist.
